Do you have any initial or set up fees? How much and what are they for?
A deposit as confirmation of the order (equal to the first installment) will be required. This deposit will serve as a retainer should the client terminate the contract prior to the end of the contract term (6 months).

We agree up-front with all web site owners regarding the amount of hours they can afford but a minimum of 10 hours per month would be required for a minimum period of 6 months. All hours are logged and the logs are submitted with the invoice every month. Invoicing takes place on the 25th of every month. After six months we evaluate the situation and discuss it with the client. We signed up as a Metamend affiliate after careful evaluation , and clients could opt to use their SEO services should they so wish.
Note: initial SEO will be required prior to using the automated services.
How would I know if you log hours and did not work?
All web sites will have Web statistics. We monitor the results of each and every change through the statistics. Besides seeing visual changes (please note that sometimes the changes are not visual but you could view the source code to see changes), the statistics will tell when work is not done.

Besides the above - we have integrity and have no intention to earn money for work not done. We are not doing online marketing because we want to earn a quick buck. We are doing this as we find it a fascinating and interesting industry and are really passionate about each and every web site owner's web site. We would not, after 4 years in the industry be around if we stole from our clients.
Is a monthly follow up necessary?
One of our referral sites are currently on a maintenance plan after the initial six months and still maintains its positioning and traffic. We recommend that we either negotiate a maintenance plan or web site owners utilize the automated offers available from our affiliate.
We will monitor and advise if the situation changes.
How long is my term of service?
Minimum 6 Months, after which the term could be extended or the site could go onto maintenance mode which implies we only work on it as and when needed. Web site owners will be advised when search engines change and which adjustments need to be made.
Do you offer a Guarantee?
Yes, we are willing to re-fund the initial payment for the work done on the Search engine optimization of the site should the web site not reach the top 40 search results for designated search terms within 6 months of signing the service contract (minimum 10 hours per month and client has to provide fresh content once a week at least).
The value of the re-fund will be equal to 10 hours logged for the SEO done (i.e. if the site is not positioned on specific keyword searches, then the SEO has not been done according to the guidelines and we will re-fund you for the SEO - subject to receipt of deposit.)
Do I own the work you do for me? Where are the pages hosted?
Web site owners own the work and the web site will be hosted on the servers as specified by the web site owner. We require ftp access to the server and the web statistics.

I have extremely good hosting and web development companies (one company has an off-shore development center available) that I work with, both local and International. We could assist with development (search engine ready web site from day 1) and hosting should it be a completely new site.
When will I start seeing results?
4-6 months (in some cases as early as 2-6 weeks) - results are measured by studying the web statistics and or measuring the enquiries that are incoming from the web. We also constantly monitor the positioning of the site in the engines once submitted.
Will I be able to update my own site?
Yes, we prefer to empower clients and give them control over their content. Please note that there will be a cost implication but we will advise clients during the initial process where we determine clients´ needs.
